This is a series of 10 commemorative plaques of fictional characters from Rocky Balboa to Peter Pan, which Marina and Radu stuck one night on the walls of some houses in the center Bucharest. An intervention in the public space without a political/social stake / etc, diaphanous and playful, appealing to the most humane pieces in us, a bit of childhood, a little ease of being applied to the walls of the city.
Peter Pan ➻ Here lived Peter Pan, 1911. The leader of The Lost Boys group, free-spirited, malicious, and adventurous, he refused to grow up and preferred to live forever around fairies, sirens, and pirates.
Willy Wonka ➻ Here lived Willy Wonka, in 1964. Genius chocolatier, eccentric of the sugary, abstruse-character, but fully savored by the little ones and the grown-ups as well.
Alice in Wonderland ➻ Here lived Alice, 1865 – 1871, young and rebel aristocrat, she runs from an engagement invitation following a white rabbit wearing a redingote and falls in his pothole. She reaches Wonderland, which she will cross in search of her own destiny.
